Fixed-price car servicing across the North West

One fixed price, agreed before we start, and your car serviced on the driveway or at work with the service book stamped.

A regular service is the easiest way to keep a car reliable and hold its value. Our servicing is fixed-price: send us your reg and mileage, we check the manufacturer’s schedule for your car and give you one price for the service before anything is booked. That is the price you pay for the service.

We service cars and vans at your home or workplace with OE-quality parts, and stamp the service book or update the digital record when we finish. If we spot anything else that needs attention, such as worn brakes, we tell you and price it separately. Nothing extra is done without your say-so.

How fixed-price servicing works

  1. Send your reg and mileage

Call, text or WhatsApp us, or use the form below.

  2. Get your fixed price

One price for your car’s service, agreed before anything is booked.

  3. We service it where it is

On your driveway or at work, to the manufacturer’s schedule.

  4. Book stamped, then you pay

Pay once the work is done and you are happy with it.

A proper service, without the garage

  • One fixed price

Agreed before we start, so there are no surprises when the job is done.

  • Manufacturer’s schedule

We follow the service schedule for your exact car, so it gets everything the book asks for.

  • Warranty kept intact

OE-quality parts, a stamped history and an itemised invoice keep your new-car warranty intact under the Block Exemption rules.

  • Waste taken away

Old oil, filters and parts leave with us and are disposed of responsibly.

What a service usually covers

Every manufacturer sets its own schedule, so the exact list depends on your car’s age and mileage. Typical items include:

  • Engine oil and oil filter
  • Air and pollen filters
  • Fuel filter on many diesels
  • Spark plugs at the set interval
  • Brake fluid
  • Brakes, tyres and suspension checked
  • Lights, wipers and washers checked
  • Fluid levels topped up
  • Battery checked
  • Service reminder reset

Why have your car serviced at home

No dropping the car off and arranging a lift, and no sitting in a waiting room. We come at the time we agreed, do the work on your driveway or in the car park at work, and hand the keys back with the paperwork.

You speak to the mechanic who did the work, so you can ask anything you like.

Not sure when your service is due?

Check the service book, the reminder on the dashboard or the manufacturer’s online record. Or just send us your reg and mileage and we will tell you what your car needs, with a fixed price for doing it.

Servicing questions

All questions

What vehicles can you repair and service?

Most petrol and diesel vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, from small city cars to light commercial vans. That covers family hatchbacks, 4x4s, motorhomes, company cars and fleet vans from all the major manufacturers. We carry dealer-level diagnostics for popular makes such as Ford, Vauxhall, Volkswagen and Mercedes. If you drive something more specialised, give us a call and we will check parts and let you know how soon we can come out.

How much does a typical repair cost?

Without the overheads of a fixed garage, our labour rates are usually lower than main dealers and many local workshops. Prices depend on the job, the make and the parts needed, but you always get a clear quote before any work starts, and servicing is fixed-price. There are no hidden call-out fees within our normal area, and we will tell you if a repair would not be worth it compared with what the car is worth.

How does fixed-price servicing work?

Send us your reg and mileage and we will give you one fixed price for your car’s service before anything is booked. That is the price you pay for the service. If we spot anything else that needs attention, we tell you and price it separately, and nothing extra is done without your say-so.

Can you service my car while it is still under warranty?

Yes. We follow the manufacturer’s service schedule, use OE-quality parts and record everything in your service book or online, which keeps your new-car warranty intact under the Block Exemption rules. If your car has a digital service record we update it when we finish. You get an itemised invoice and a stamped history, which helps when you come to sell.

How often does my car need a service?

Every manufacturer sets its own interval, usually a time limit and a mileage limit, whichever comes first, and many cars show a reminder on the dashboard when a service is due. The exact schedule for your car is in its service book or online record. Send us your reg and mileage and we will tell you what your car is due.

Can you come in the evening or at the weekend?

Yes. Nine to five does not suit everyone, so we offer some evening and Saturday slots at no extra labour charge. Availability depends on bookings, and on daylight in the winter months, but we always try to fit in urgent repairs outside normal hours. Just mention the time that suits you when you get in touch.
